4. Conclusion
In conclusion, understanding managers' implicit beliefs of
training and development is critical because they have the capacity to accept
or deny training and development within their organizations. Training, in

As correctly mentioned training objectives should set very clearly. If not it may lead to unnecessary cost and time which will not have any impact.
